At ALL TWUA sanctioned event(s) the primary goal is to strive to provide an environment that is free from intimidation, bullying, embarrassment, degrading actions, harassment, or hostility.
Unacceptable behavior can come in the form of words, actions, contact, or physical gestures that any reasonable person could conclude to be the cause, source, or contributing factor of another person’s distress or discomfort.
Should one find themselves in a situation where distress and discomfort occurs, this person or persons should immediately report the incident to the officers of the district, region, or any TWUA staff immediately.
Officers and representatives of TWUA will promptly investigate all claims and take appropriate action.
