• A subscription to the Texas Water Utilities Journal our monthly magazine which features changes in rules and regulations, technological advances, and career opportunities.  Many feel the Journal subscription alone is worth the amount of one’s individual  TWUA membership dues.

 

• Member discounts when registering for the TWUA Annual School, the Regional School nearest you, or for any TWUA Specialty Seminar, Symposium, or Workshop.

 

• Member pricing is available on the excellent TWUA Water and Wastewater Operator Manuals, Technical Assistance Publications, and other helpful materials produced by the association.

 

• A professional staff at the TWUA Central Office is available as a source of information regarding the operator licensing programs and other matters of importance to those involved in the water and wastewater profession.

 

• Through the TWUA Districts and Chapters, members earn up to two hours of both water and wastewater operator licensing credit for each monthly meeting attended.

 

• Also, primarily through the Districts and Chapters, a great opportunity is provided for peer-to-peer contact, networking, and problem solving activities with others in the profession.

 

• The opportunity to participate in three voluntary certification programs administered by TWUA.  The current certification programs are for Customer Service Professionals, Laboratory Analysts, and Water Utilities Instructors.
