Membership Refund Policy:
Texas Water Utilities Association memberships are not transferable and are non-refundable. The membership is in effect for 12 months and begins at enrollment date. Should you decide not to renew or otherwise fail to renew your membership you will be dropped from the membership database.
To be eligible for a refund of registrations for a TWUA Training Event, said request must be received in writing at least 10-days prior to the class or event. There is a $25 administrative charge for processing requests, which will be deducted from all approved registrations. All refund requests may be faxed to (512) 459-7124 or emailed to Donna Martin.
Cancellations received in writing after the 10-day notification will be handled on a case by case basis and a larger processing fee will apply. Please reference all printed material for each individual Regional School, specific 20-hour training event, or TWUA Annual School. Refunds or credits will not be made simply as a result of no-shows or after the event has begun.
TWUA is not responsible for United States Postal Service mail or electronic mail failures.
